Rear should be around 28-32 depending on the conditions but your safe at 30 PSI, thats Pounds Pre Square Inch, not sure if you guys use that or some metric thing.

The picture can be inserted by using the "add image" button, looks like a picture of a mountain with the sun located above tis text box. If that makes sense.

Just click on it and copy the same URL from photobuck you pasted into your thread into the dialog box.
