THe seat height might be a little high but it can be lowered with a good set of progressive lowering shocks..... the seat height is 31 inches from the ground to the top of the seat.... the seat compresses though when you sit on it an inch or two. Im asking 2000 obo. And i dont know anything really about shipping the bike.

 

She needs to be in the 24-26" range. I'll keep my ears open, but I don't think it's going to work for her.
