Does anybody know about the smog regs. or if any on bikes or if they are going to come soon. When i purchased my kawa i over heard one of the employees talking about how they cant dyno tune their customers bikes anymore because of certin regulations. Hmm I find it odd, because a bike needs no smog to be registered but they are putting them over the heat. I work at import tuner shop in fresno, and we dyno tune cars witch need to be smoged for registration, and have no probs with local,state,or federal regulations. Figure that one, than again we live in good old C.A. capital state of smog laws.
