Just wondering if anyone here has been there? I'm planning on going and was just wondering what its like (looks pretty interesting from their website http://www.barbermuseum.org/)

Oh and don't worry - there will be pics!

Well you are going to tackle the dragon right?!?! The last couple of years that my dad was slaying the dragon, he always tried to make it down to the museum, but didn't have enough time. I'm not sure how long of a drive it is from the dragon, but it couldn't have been too far or my dad wouldn't have considered it.

And MK - if I can round up a magnet - I'll send it to ya!

I'm exited about the museum but am even more excited about the Jack Daniels Distillery tour that I am definately going to!!!! Woohoo, a visit to the place where my favorite beverage is made!!!!

I went there last summer, very cool place. Lots of awesome bikes and cars, and the track is pretty amazing too. Went there for a gt race and plan on going back for the ama's this year, can't wait. Also looking into going there for a track day/school one of these weekends.

IT IS AWESOME!

They have them stacked up and there is a place by the elevator where you can see the bikes that they are currently restoring.

I live about 1 1/2 hours south (Montgomery area) and just writing this makes me want to go back!
