So 600 miles and you've mastered riding to the point that you need a more powerful bike?? I suggest you keep it for a year, save up some cash, and once you've put several thousand miles on it, buy a bigger bike if you'd like.

Besides 600 miles it is not even broke in yet. You already set the sags on it? What is so boring about it that you do not like?

I agree with holding on to it for a year. Save up some money, and gain some more skill before stepping up. But, if you have to sell it, you shouldn't have any problems at all doing so. The 250's hold their resale value really well for about the first three or so years. That, and everybody wants one to learn on, or for the fuel mileage.

Well, I live in Maine and I still rack up the miles. A ZX-6R is a HUGE step up! But if that's what you really want, I'd fine tune your bike handling skills, so that when you do get a larger, more expensive bike, you can handle it like a pro. In the mean time you could attend one of the riding schools with your 250 to improve your skils.

1+

For me, it's all little too late in the season to buy a new ride anyway. I would rather wait until spring.

lol.... my fault dragone#19 I've never measured the sags on it. Truthfully I didn't even know about the term until just now.. But I guess I shouldn't have said "completely bored with it".. I just wanted somethin with a bit more acceleration to it.
