For whatever reasons, once you hit about 40, everything seems to get "real serious" and you just can't throw care to the wind and get stupid; or at least as goofy stupid as I remember being. Getting on the bike for an hour (or more) is the best antidote for me.

+1,,,,

That's awesome....basically we have established that all the crazies ride around on two wheels. I don't know what it is about the laugh. I guess it is just a feeling of euphoria that nothing else can give.

I remember when I had my first beer ......

Hehehehehehehe .. yeah riding is fun. Wait until you hop on something like a Busa or a ZX14 or hit them triple digits to where you cant hardly hold on to your bike and your helmet is trying to fly off! You will be like W0W!

Busa's are great; seemingly endless power and throttle. Now if they could put that engine into bit lighter frame and tighten up the chassis input, it would be the PERFECT bike.

(...and yes; I understand the physics. Busa's feel "too long" to me. I've always preferred shorter, tighter handling. Their engines remind me of a "big block" with a wheelbase long enough to keep a majority of newbs out of trouble.)

Wheelbase measurements:
'95 ZX9 (mine) 55.7 stock
Hyabusa 58.5 stock

That 3" feels like 3 feet.
