My experience with Progressive several years ago was very negative. (SUV-related; not bike, though.)
I've since switched. Most insurance companies will (maybe) reimburse for stock items only; not aftermarket, unless you specifically insured for them. If they ask you to get "quotes" for the repairs/replace, be "creative." Don't assume they are going to give you dollar-for-dollar what you've lost. Insurance companies are in the business to make money on the misfortunes of others. Progressive, Nationwide, and Allstate are pretty notorious for low-balling. I encourage you to stand your ground and be tough. If not, you'll get maybe 40-50cents on the dollar of what you've invested and (through no fault of yours) is now damaged. If any of our forum readers are insurance agents, I challenge you to respond.

Whoa! Just saw the pic Maverick. That sux, like Drag said I cn't believe you didn't tuck the front end. My friend has an R-1 and a deer smacked him on the left fairing side about 40mph, bent the handle bar staight down, bent the rad and totalled the plastic. The deer hit him so hard that it's neck snapped and was dead. Somehow he stayed upright and got away with a sore wrist and some bruises.

When it's all said and done with your still very lucky. I'm sure if you need anyhelp we'll all be glad to do what we can.
