Default Accessories on my 250R

What is the best way to carry gear on the 250? I know on cruiser people add bags to the sides and they allow viable storage for longer rides. Is there something that is comparable for the Ninja? Because I really dont want to have to put on my backpack everytime I get on the bike. Any input is helpful

The pack and the tank bag are good to have on short to medium rides. 5-14hr rides. Not sure on the side bags.

Agree on the tank bag ^. How much weight are you carrying? Would a backpack size bag bungeed to the passenger seat work?
I'd stay away from the saddlebag thing, unless you're riding a BMW Dakar or some touring rig designed for them. There are some pretty cool backpack-style commuter bags on the market. Might be worth a look.
