Do not have them yet. Will be trying the nissin calipers from the 07 6r onto the 06 10r hopefully soon. To replace the stock tokico's. Was cheaper to buy a set than to rebuild and modify the oems. Will post pics before and after shots. Sidenote: the tokico's on the 7 are great, but could not use them on the 10.

 

Are you expecting them to fit directly in place of the tokico's? Or, will you need to do some type of fabrication to make it work?

 

direct bolt ons. Same as the zx14 calipers are direct bolt ons. The stock 10r calipers transfer too much heat into the fluid or have higher sticktion which causes brake fade after some hard riding. Either way, I will test the nissins and then drill out the pistons and nitride them on the tokico's to see what the diff is.

 

you should be happy with the 07 brakes. there the best ive felt yet.

 

I have not witnessed the difference so am only going off of the internet info available. Some say that the stock is good enough, others have used the 07 6r and the zx14 calipers with nothing but great reviews. I will see
