Check out Motorcycle Jackets, Motorcycle Gear, Helmets & Accessories - RevZilla

They have great video reviews of helmets.

I really like the HJC Symax III. Excellent venting and very versatile. It's a flip up with a opening clear face shield that can be partially open for some protection but increased ventilation. Also has a built in sun goggle that can be used over glasses. I use mine over sunglasses when it's super bright heading into the sun. Got it a Motorcycle Superstore for around $280 or so. Two day Fedex shipping included.

I've always had a jones for Bell helmets. Yes; I've had a couple Scorpions (the transitions shield stops working after a year or so) and a good-n-cheap Vega. Motorcycle closeouts has a couple Bell Stars on closeout right now. I have an "Ace of Clubs" model that's a year or so old. A little noisy, but good venting. The Transitions shield REALLY works, as does the breath deflector for colder weather. You'll feel like a fighter pilot.
