Which boot should I choose?

Which boot should I choose?
Ok, so the two boots I am looking to buy, and which are so similar I can't decide...are:
Alpinestars SMX-4
http://newenough.com/boots/racing_bo...ace_boots.html
Setup Vision
http://newenough.com/boots/racing_bo...cle_boots.html
The difference in price is not an issue, because I can get the Alpinestars at about the same price as the Setup Visions. I need some experienced opinions, please help! [sm=feedback.gif]

RE: Which boot should I choose?
well I am comparing them to a pair of SIDI's I have so maybe it isn't fair but they are uncomfortable as hell and They do not like to break in . Nope I am sure I don't like em .I can not recommend them .

I have the SIDI B2's. They are freaking awesome boots. I LOVE them! About the same cost as those Alpinestars you're looking at too. I'm only assuming Alpinestars are made in China, or some other east asian company. The SIDI boots are Italian made. (If this matters at all to you.)

I just posted this in another boot quiry; the Teknic Chicanes are great for the street! I've got track-oriented Sidi's and "street-oriented" Teknic's. The Teknic's are comfy, good walking sole, don't make you look like you have an Achilles disorder, and reasonably padded in the right spots. The Sidis are pretty hard-core, but damn good track boots. (Just don't walk very far in 'em.)

Those Teknics are another boot that I was considering. I ended up buying the SMX-4s. Hopefully they are ok for walking in! I'll wearing them for severals hours at a time most likely, so we'll find out.
