Default rim job

hey everybody. i just thought i would add to the "DIY"... well i got my rim tape today from www.tapeworks.com, and put them on my bike..... the instructions were putting easy to follow...

1) i cleaned off my rims with windex and paper towels...
2) the rim tape comes with 5 strips of tape in one roll.... so you have to cut the strips apart, so installing them would be alot easier....
3) then you peal off the backing of the tape and apply the tape to the rim.... there is a clear film on the top of the tape which you take off after you put the tape on....
4) when first put the tape to the rim, you may want to pull the tape about an inch or two and pull slightly at the same time so you could follow the contour of the rim..
5) the right before the two ends meet, go about 1/4 in past the tape that you put down. so you could over lap the tap together. then cut....
6) and there you go... nice rim job..... it took me about 1/2 hour... and came out cool... sorry i don't have a dig cam so i use my phone... maybe next few pay checks i'll get a cam....
