Default polishing a frame or swing arm

Is anyone interested in Learning how to Polish their bikes themselves??? I have a really good step by step tutorial I can email you.. I used it to do my first one and it really helped, now I kind of have my own way of doing things, that works just as well... If anyone has parts they would like to get polished for a good price instead of doing it let me know, ill be glad to do them for a fraction of the price ( +shipping ) thatyou could get them done at acustom shop..giveme your email if you would like the tutorial..Let me know if anyone would like anything done, prob only take me a few days and ill get them right back to ya.. heel plates, triple tree, sprockets, rotors, dog bones, just about anything.. THANKS, Mark

guys when you psting you emil address ona forum like this you should post it like this: B_snare AT hotmail DOT com. Reason being that spammers use tools to gather email addresses from forums and if you post your actual email address it will pick it up and BAM you get nailed with tons of spam. if you type it out like i did then the tools they use wont pick it up. just a heads up
