RE: new levers
LH Clutch Lever:
Loosen the clutch cable adjuster and then remove the pivot nut on the bottom & bolt. Line up the slot of the cable adjuster and slip the lever with the cable out, slip off the cable barrelend and remove the lever. To install, put the cable barrel end in the new lever and slip the lever & cable through the slot. Install the pivot bolt & nut and tighten.Adjust your cable for proper amount of freeplay.
RH Brake Lever:
Remove the pivot nut and bolt then slide out the lever. On 05-06 bikes with radial master cylinders, be careful not to lose the brake plunger. To install the brake lever, alighn the plunger in the hole of the lever and you will have to press in the brake light switch (or it will braek off)as you push in the lever to align the pivot hole. Install the pivot bolt & nut & tighten. Adjust your brake lever distance and test out the freedom of movement & check to make sure everything is tight & works properly.
