I'm having truble with my turn signals on my bike. When I turn them on they will only blink 1 or 2 times and then stop. I checked the wires and they are fine. Also the 4 ways work fine. When the signals are turned on the relay does click. The odd part is that if i rev it the signals will blink fine. I ckecked the charging system and it puts out 12.4V at idle and 14.3V when over 2500 RPMs. Any ideas on this. Thank you

When a flasher won't blink, or blinks slowly, it's usually because there isn't enough electrical load on the flasher. Using the wrong turnsignal bulb could do this. Also, your charging system is not working properly if the charging volts are 12.4 at an idle. (Around 1000-1200 rpm's). Get that checked out. Or, maybe you just have a worn out flasher.
