Phase two: Replace Emission Flapper Valve thingy
Now that my carbs are all cleaned up, it's on to the next thing. That emission reed valve assembly on top of the valve cover has a bad reed valve that won't shut all the way. So I now have to find one of those assemblies for the KZ.
