Whoa!! I thought you said it was a basket case!! That bike is in better shape than my ZX9 when I got it from the salvage yard!! You got a diamond in the rough, there, Angus! Definitely a fixer-upper! (and a"keeper"!!) Congrats! Thanks for the pics!

So I guess I'm going with the planned upgrades. Better rubber would help too I think.Maybe Avons? My buddy just finished building a powder coating booth. Might have to buy him a beer. Thx...Angus...
