I'm new to this forum, but I thought it would be the best place to get info on a bike I'm looking at. I ran across a 1994 Vulcan 750 today on the way home for sale and wanted some feedback on it. It only had 6500 miles on it and appears to be in pretty good shape. I know for a 94 and ony 6500 miles on it, that's motorcycle abuse and the owner should be put in jail or heavily fined!!! He's asking $3000 for it, which seems a little high when compared to similar bikes on CycleTrader.com.

I've never owned a Kaw before and was wondering how durable this bike is. Are they known for a good ride and long lasting motor? I'm mostly looking for a daily driver to work, but would also like to streatch it's legs on the highway. I know it will be good in town, but on the highway is the 750 comfortable for rides that drain the gas tank? Are these bikes prone to certain types of failures?
