Default idle rpm adjustment?

Just got an 05 classic with power commander III. The thing is running real rich and dose not idle well cold. The dyno sheet from the tuning shows 67.11 HP 89.68 torque. this is why I only get 32- 34 mpg. I reprogrammed the power commander. its not quite as rich but still poor idle cold. any suggestions?? Running roadhouse dooleys no baffles and K&N filter box thingy. Does pulling the baffles put me at risk for any motor damage???

hmm, check the air filter, the tank air vent for obstructions. Then take it to your favorite dyno tuner to program the PC3 for you. good luck
