ER5 throttle up and down problem
Hello!
I recently aliegnet valves for my ER5 (24000Km), assembled everything, but now have a big problem.
Throttle is applying slowly, but to the end (~10000rpm), and when I drop down throttle, rpms decreeseing too slow and when decresed to ~2500 rpms stays there for about 2-3 secconds and the drops down to iddle.
I cleaned carbs, checked fuel levels, cleande air filter, changed sparkplugs, and still have problem.
Any recomendations, suiggestions?
Thanks!

Double check your cable adjustments and the cct adjustment. I am not familiar with the ER5 or its valve train. You sure that you have the cams set properly? Let me see if I can find a manual on this ride.

What is cct?
I think cabbles and valves are OK. Because engine runs fine, no backfires, no strange sound from valves.
Noticed another thing, when engine ir warm, it don't want to run stadey in idle (~1300rpms) and idle adjustment is almost imposible, rpms jumping.
For now fount it is possible the fuel is to lean. Is this possible after valve clearance adjustment?

Sounds like you've got an air leak making the mixture too weak. Check the fittings of the carbs and manifolds and check any rubber parts for cracks.
Air leaks are common after any disassembley in this area.
