Default Two Brothers Exhaust

I want to get an after market exhaust and I am leaning toward the Two Brothers exhaust. Would anyone recommend a different after market exhaust over the Two Brothers? I was looking at this link and was not sure which one I wanted. I am going with a polished look for my bike and was looking at the first one on the web page. The oval aluminum. Does anyone have this style? If so pictures would be great. Would anyone not recommend going with the aluminum? How hard was the install? It says it comes with a fender eliminator kit. Is it good quality and does it come with a light for the license plate? I have after market turning signals built into the tail light so I would not be interested in the turning signals. Can that easily be removed from the fender eliminator? Do you have to do anything to the bike once the exhaust is installed?

Thanks In Advance

I have the 2bros exhaust and recommend. It is fairly simple to install and comes with everything you need. The turn signals screw in so you dont have to use them if you dont want to. The bolts that hold the plate on has lights in them and they light up the plate very good. As for what type you want, they are all C2 cans so there is no differnce other than looks and $$$. If you do get the exhaust, Pm me, i have a couple of tips that 2bros forgot to tell you. Simple install. socket set and about 1.5 to 3hrs depending on you!!! If you can down the road get the Powercommander to go along with the exhaust. Sweeeeeet is all i am going to say. Keep us posted.
here is a pic of mine

Gotrice......What Powercommander did you go with?? Where did you get it from and how much did it set you back?? How hard are they to install?? What does a Powercommander do to give the bike more horse power?? Sorry for asking all these questions. My old bike was a Suzuki Katana and it really wasn't worth doing any upgrades too. I did do an aftermarket exhaust on that but that was about it.

I installed the Yoshi carbon fiber on mine. it was about half the price!!! Installation took me about 40 mins ( I am a mechaninc) it was very simple and instructions were clear and simple. the sound is awsome. It sounds very similar to my old bike which was carborated and sounds better than fuel injected. All parts are included. as for the turnsignals and such there is a bracket to retain it if so desired. The yosh piped saved about 8 lbs off of the stock wieght [URL=http://store.yoshimura-rd.com/storefront/ProductDetail.asp?code=J%3DTC%3CVGE&ProductSKU=ESt ore-42153&catid=Estore-887&depth=2]

here is the link where i got mine from. http://www.hardracing.com/03-04%20Bikes/05ZX636.htm Its about the cheapest on the web. Fast shipping and always in stock.

As for installing it- real easy. you have to remove your seat-lift your tank. Thats the hardest part. After that just unplug the plugs (left to right or 1-4) and plug them into the harness then plug the harness into the stock plug location and your done. put everything back together and fire it up.

Tip-if you dont have a laptop-load the 2bros map into the power commander first. via usb. everything you need comes with the powercommder- maps are found at www.powercommander.com

any other qustions on what it does can be found on the websites i gave you.

If you want i can talk you through it when you go to install it. It is a heck of alot eaiser to install than you think.

as for the power gain- it smooths the throttle out. gives the the "punch" or "snap" throughout the whole rpm range. It is very noticable with the 2bros exhaust!!! well worth the money!!!

$280 seems well worth it. I will probably do the two brothers, powercommander, and after market air filter all at the same time. I do have a lap top. I am assuming they send you software that needs to be hooked up to the powecommander? From what I have seen online they have a map for the two brothers, and after market air filter correct? Do quick shifters come with it? I was a little confused by the package.
