i just had me first tank slapper. not a very good feeling when you don't have control. what happened was. i was just getting ready to leave work at 11:00 pm. i was talking to this girl i was dating for about 2 mos. she told me that she was ending the relationship because she was going back to her ex. so of course i was pretty understanding about it. you know trying to stay cool and not let my anger to over. but once she left, i should have sat there in the parking lot and cooled down. but no... stupid me let my anger take over at that point. i tear out of the parking lot like a bat out of hell. hitting red line at every gear. damn that was dumb. a slight left hander was coming up fast. the front end was lifting all through fourth. i guess i was ready for the turn but the bike wasn't. i had the wheel turned alittle while the tire was in the air. and when it came down, well lets say the bike didn't like it too much. man good thing i saved it. i made the turn ok. but it kinda scared me at the same time. so i slowed down and took myself home. lessen learned. no more taking off on the bike or anything else when i'm angry. next time i may not be soo lucky.[sm=bangbang.gif][sm=badidea.gif]

 

...It's a shame she wasn't on the back.....huh???

 

You and the bike are still in one piece... so all is good! Now show off that bike and get another girl

 

I guess now you know to count to 10 next time.... Glad you and the bike are OK
