Hi guys!

I'm new to this forum...and to the bike riding too :) just recently got my kawi 250 Enjoying it very much. Still got a lot to learn though...for example : HOW TO ATTACH MY HELMET TO IT?
can anyone help me with that? I'll appreciate the help :)

Hey! Welcome to the forums! Congrats on the bike (looks great btw :)) I'm not sure if the 250's are set up similar to the 500 but if they are you might find some suggestions here (http://www.ex500riders.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1261&highlight=helmet+lock)

On my old 250 you attached it to the hook below the rear seat using the metal part on the straps of the helmet. As for a spare helmet i used a web for it.

Hey, haven't tried it yet, but I found the right fitting wrench, so when I get home today I am gonna try it out on the bike to see if the helmet is easier to attach. Sounds easy, looks easy, we'll see though.......By the way, I have that same jacket.:)

it takes some manuevering to get the strap onto the locking slide. nets are the way to go, however i always take my helmet with me when i stop, too expensive to get stolen and the lock thing is a pain in the ass, my helmets see too big for it.
