hey guys just had my bike a 2001 vulcan 1500 classic fuel injected checked out and they told me it was my fuel filter no big deal then they called me back and said its crazy but the fuel filter comes as a set with the fuel pump at the tune of $540.00 i looked at the old one and the fuel filter does unbolt from the the fuel pump bracket has anyone found a fuel filter that will work in its place it doesnt look like anything special to me please help

It looks like it should be available seperately, but I can't find it that way.

Cheap Cycle parts and Ron Ayers both sell the whole unit, but Ron Ayers is way cheaper.

I have a 2001 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 classic and can't get it to stay running even after replacing the spark plugs . I thought the plugs were the issue ,but now it appears to be something else. I do not want to take things apart if I do not have to , but I would like to get a few rides in before the riding season ends. Any advice would be appreciated .
