Engine problem
Trying to fix my friends' 99 Kawasaki Jet Ski (1200cc engine, # JHT20-A1). It's running rough, spits oil out of exhaust and a lot of white smoke. Tested compression - 120 across. Thought could be rings. Also, read on here somewhere about a block-off plate - what's that? The guy had the same problem. Any help is appreciated.
