Here is a skid plate and body guards that I found. They are a bit expensive, so has anyone seen or heard of something like this that is a bit cheaper?

As far as I know, that model from CRD in France is the only one of it's type (full coverage) for the KLX250/KLX300. FSW is the only distributor I've found so far. That's the one I'm going to order.

 

Here is a site that has pictures of the CRD massive skid plate. This thing looks tuff. It also has a step by step install that you can read if you scroll down the page. I just wounder how heavy this beast is. If you spend an extra $20 you can get the body armor to go with it. Not a bad deal if you get into some serious stuff. I'm thinking about it.
