wont run

I have a 1994 mule it will start and idle but as soon as you push the gas it cuts out.

does it die instantly or does it sputter to a stop?

how about partial throttle.... will it run with 1/4-3/4 pedal?

sounds like fuel starvation..

Talked to a few folks they say if the valves arent re set every so often they get to far out and it wont run properly. Problem is finding the settings for them.
