Default starter relay?

so this morning I go out and try and start my bike, it cranks slowly and kina intermittently, then nothing, just a click from the junction box when I hit the starter button, if I turn it on (ignition) and then arc the starter relay with a screwdriver it will crank slowly, does this sound like a bad relay? (I have 11.7v on the battery)

and the fuel pump comes on like it should...I am getting 11 volts into the relay and nothing out and if I unplug the relay (the fused connector) no lights or anything will come on at all, so can I be pretty confident that it is the relay?

Just because you're getting 11 volts doesn't mean you have the amps. Give the battery a jump and see if it kicks over.
