My brakes are making a humming noise when I brake. It only happens when I start breaking at higher speeds (or perhaps it's just louder and I can't hear it when I slow down). It started with the back brakes and now the front ones are doing it. I had the back brakes replaced about a year ago, could they be bad already? Thanks.
