So ive decided to change my fork seals on my 04 zx10r myself...I bought the kit that has all the tools and everything needed.. I was just wondering if anyone has done this and do you have some instructions, or advice... thanks much!

 

What kit are you referring to?
Your manual will go step by step on the process of a fork seal change out. It even lists the soft jaws for the vise.
