How do you get the old grips off? I have a 2006 VN500LTD. Any tips would be appreciated - thanks.

haha, once you put the glue on the inside and the bar ends, work like a mad man the stuff drys super quick i cant tell you how many grips ive eaten for lolly gagging

 

It depends if the grips were glued on in the first place.

I have a super amazingly easy way to get hand grips off. Compressed air. Get access to a compressor and a blow gun, stick the nozzle of the blowgun partially under the grip, watch it balloon up and it will come off in a matter of seconds. This method works VERY well. Do the same thing for re-installation.
