Default Footpegs

I havea 2006 Vulcan 500.

I'm looking to offset my passenger footpegs. But same thing when I tried to replace my main footpegs, I could not find any model specific mounts. I bought Kuryakyn mounts and iso pegs using the front peg model that they have for all Kawasaki bikes. The only problem I saw was the mount was a little smaller than the OEM mount and I could not use the spring to keep them down and had to use washers to fill in the gap.

I'm looking for Kuryakyn offset mounts so I can add the same (smaller) ISO pegs to match the rest of the ISO line I have on my bike. Does anyone know which parts/mounts I need to use? Should I be able to use the mounts they have specified for all the other Kawi Vulcan's?

Has anyone offset their passenger footpegs, where the pegs stay up when not used?
