Hi Everybody,
I need a some reasons to convince my parents to let me get a motorcycle. I have my provisional license in NJ and I asked my Mom if she would let me get my motorcycle license and see said NO.What are some validreasons thatI could point out to my Mom to let me get mymotorcycle license and a motorcycle.

 

just tell them your getting a bike and if they have a problem with it. tell them to talk to me...lolj/k

 

Well as a parent of a 10 year old I guess my parental instinct hasn't kicked in yet, that and the fact that he is a ways off from driving. But there are lots of good reasons for getting a motorcycle. Fun, fuel economy, did I mention the fun factor?[8D] And if you get the right bike you can have a lot more options. (see picture) Later man, and good luck.

If you start out taking the saftety course that's a good idea.....then just buy one and say your just keping for a friend! ha-ha...worked for me, for a month or so!

 

OMalley912 that is a great idea. I am going to start talking her into a safety course and once I do that and get my license I am going to start talking her into a bike.

# 1 reason fuel economy . Ask her if she'll let you have it if you take the MSF course .Not really a lot you can say to convince her otherwise .

Would you be on your moms insurance policy? Depending on the bike, Insurance can be fairly inexpensive.
