My bike is having some alternator problems and it looks like the cheapest oem alternator that I can get for my bike cost $775.00, I was just wondering if anyone knew if a 1988zx750 or 1992zx750Lalternator would work on a 1989 zx750 H1 model.

 

Why is it that much? cuz its an old model?

 

I have the same problkem man.. but i just recommned you t open it and rewire your startor that will save you about 500 bucks!.. lol.. yepp thats wahtt i did on mine got perfect! (unless u have problems with th regulator rectifier also).. but most times is juts stator inside..
